London Art Fair 16-20- January 2013

RUA elect new Academy Members
At the RUA’s AGM Jennifer Trouton and Colin Watson were elected Associates of the Academy and acclaimed international classical pianist and conductor Barry Douglas OBE was elected an Honorary member. Read more

THE MOLESWORTH GALLERY will be exhibiting work by gallery artists Jennifer Trouton,Thomas Brezing, Blaise Smith, Maeve McCarthy, Patrick Redmond, Catherine Barron, Bridget O’Rourke, , Clodagh Murphy and Niall McCormack at VUE, the National Contemporary Art Fair 2011 at the RHA Gallery, Dublin 2.

The Keating/McLaughlin Award for Outstanding Art Work
Jennifer has been awarded the Keating/McLaughlin Award for outstanding Art work by ESB at the RHA Annual exhibition. Now in it’s 181st year, the RHA Annual is the longest running and largest open submission exhibition in the country. Academy Members, invited artists and works selected through an open submission process are exhibited together giving the visitor an unparalleled opportunity to view work by some of Ireland’s best-established and most promising artists.
Painting, sculpture, print, photography and architectural models are viewed side by side and in 2011 the Annual Exhibition will include works by Mick O’Dea, Liam Belton, David Crone, Stephen McKenna, Martin Gale, Carey Clarke, Eilis O’Connell, Alice Maher, Richard Gorman, Amelia Stein and Carolyn Mulholland. Invited arists include Amanda Coogan, Stephen Brandes, Jennifer Trouton, Oliver Comerford, John Devlin, Mary Kelly, Geraldine O’Reilly, Cristina Bunello, Comhghall Casey, Leo Higgins and Gillian Lawler

New York Residency
Jennifer has been award an Arts Council of Northern Ireland funded Residency in New York city. She will complete the residency in the summer of 2010
